Newport Builders is a Rhode Island construction firm lead by Joe LoCascio. Our number one priority is to build a safe, comfortable home. We believe a home is a critical component of a family’s quality of life. While a beautiful finish is important, it is what is behind the walls that we take the most pride in. When these technical elements are done to our high standards, the homeowner can focus on enjoying life inside the home. Whether it is a 15-story apartment building, or a luxury single family home, our attention to detail, knowledge of new construction practices and materials, strict safety protocols, and eye for design are second to none.
About Newport Builders
Joe LoCascio has over 15 years of experience in the building industry. After graduating from Providence College in 2004, he went back home to New York and immediately began gaining field experience on various residential, multi-family, and commercial construction projects. He then started his own company in 2007, building mid-rise apartment buildings from the ground up in the metropolitan area. Since the inception of his company, he has built over 50 buildings throughout New York City and Westchester County. In 2014, Joe started a passion-project, buying and rehabbing homes in Newport County. He took properties that were in disrepair and turned them into a portfolio of luxury rental homes. After deciding Aquidneck Island is the ideal place to raise his family, he has returned to Rhode Island to focus on residential and commercial development.
